I'm Sarah Carrington the Founder of The Good Leader Academy. I am a Physiotherapist currently working in a leadership/management role within the National Health Service in the UK.

Since qualifiying as a physiotherapist is 2005 with a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy, I have undertaken several clinical, leadership and management roles with in the NHS. Having gained a passion for developing others and services, I consolidated my experience and skills by completing many leadership courses and I have a Masters in Healthcare Management. I am currently undertaken ILM Level 7: Mentoring & Coaching for Executives & Senior Leaders & will complete this in March 2025. 

With 10+ years of experience in the  management & leadership arena I am passionate about developing managers & leaders that are compassionate, authentic.

In my free time I love the travel with my husband, follow the Formula 1 and watch anything on TV to do with history, particular the Tudor’s.
